What is your return policy for coffee machines and grinders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, coffee beans and opened filters cannot be returned.
Do my electrical brewing appliances come with a warranty?
Yes, all electrical equipment, including kettles and grinders, come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects.
