Cafetto EVO Machine Cleaner

The first certified organic espresso machine cleaner, Cafetto EVO Machine Cleaner is compliant with a variety of organic certifications: OMRI, USDA, BFA, and the Australian Organic Standard. It’s also extremely effective, cleaning off the most stubborn coffee grounds and oils from your machine.

Directions:

• At closing time, replace coffee basket with a ‘blind’ basket in your portafilter.
• Add ~5g of EVO cleaner into the basket (~10g if cleaned less often).
• Insert the portafilter into the group head like normal.
• Start a cycle for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner, then stop for 10 seconds.
• Repeat this 4 more times.
• Remove the portafilter and rinse well.
• Re-insert the portafilter and go through the start-stop cycle 5 more times.
• Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season the machine.

Note: only for use with three-way valve espresso machines (not automatic machines).
